How to Find Us: By Train or By Bus

Chatham is served by a regular train service from London Victoria (45 minutes), Dover (1 hour) and Margate (1 hour).

A bus interchange can be found Chatham Train Station and Bus Stop B is marked for buses to The Historic Dockyard Chatham and Chatham Maritime.

Arriva buses 140/141 and Amberlee University Service 2 provide frequent services from Chatham Station to Dock Road, close to The Historic Dockyard Visitor Centre.

Bus services may be limited at weekends and Bank Holidays. Please check the timetable before travelling. Other buses run to Main Gate, but these require a further walk down Dock Road to the entry point. Timetable information is available by ringing +44 (0) 871-200-2233
A taxi from the station is around £6 but may be higher at certain times and at weekends and Bank Holidays.
