Many 'Have-A-Go' activities by the armed services provide loads of family fun. Whether you are 5 or 95, you'll find plenty to do and enjoy as The Historic Dockyard hosts its second Veterans Day.
This year this event has been selected by the MOD Veterans Agency to be the South East 'Flagship' Veterans Day event. It is also the main public event for the Kent TA100 celebrations - the 100th anniversay of the modern Territorial Army - supported by the Lord Lieutenant of Kent.
The Band of her Majesty's Royal Marines will lead a Veterans Parade and play at a separately ticketed Beating Retreat and Ceremonial Sunset in the early evening (see above).
