Planning visits

The Learning Team is committed to providing a comprehensive advice and support service for learners of all ages.  With details of our attractions and their links to the National Curriculum, the Schools' Programme and Teachers' Guide (both available as downloads|) will help you get the most from your visit. There guides include information about opening times, prices and risk assessments.

We know the pressures faced by teachers in planning a class trip, so The Learning Team is on hand to help with your risk assessments.  A general risk assessment for the site is available at the time of booking, along with a useful Health and Safety statement to be read to your pupils.  We do, however, urge all visiting teachers to carry out their own risk assessments in advance.  To help you do this at your leisure, we are delighted to provide two complimentary tickets when you make your booking.
