Built in 1704 for the Dockyard's resident Commissioner and his family, the house is the oldest, and probably the most attractive naval building to survive intact in Britain today.

The moment you step into the Reception Hall at Commissioner's House| you realise you're somewhere special. Many couples remember the moment they first saw Commissioner's House...  it was the moment they found their wedding venue.
